<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of Quality Motivation, Career Motivation, Economic Motivation on the interest of Alumni and Accounting Students to attend PPAk education. and from this study the authors also want to analyze which of the three motivations has the greatest influence on the interest of Alumni and Accounting Students to attend PPAk education.</em><em>This study involved 86 Alumni majoring in S1 accounting and STIE IBEK Pangkalpinang Students who are still active until 2022. The sample was obtained by purposive sampling. research data obtained by using a questionnaire and then analyzed by multiple regression analysis.</em><em>The results of research from Accounting Students 1.)&nbsp; Quality Motivation has no significant, 2.)&nbsp; Career Motivation has a significant, 3.)&nbsp; Economic motivation has no significant,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4). The results of research from Alumni, 5.)&nbsp; Quality motivation has a significant, 6.)&nbsp; Career Motivation has a significant, 7.)&nbsp; Economic motivation has no significant.</em></p>
