Abstract

This research with the title "The Influenced of Perceived of Ease, Perceived of Joy, and Trust on Customer Interest in Using Mobile Banking in BCA Pangkalpinang".


With technological developments, smartphone user has increased. Nowadays, no one could live without smartphone as people use it on daily basis. The amount of internet using are million times more than the citizen itself. The technological developments makes the banking industry to innovate their services in every sector especially internet banking.


This study purposes to know the influence of perceived of ease, perceived of enjoyment and trust on costumer interest in using mobile banking. The design of this study is survey research using descriptive analytics and multiple linear regression. The sampling method is simple random sampling with 60 MBCA’s customer as respondent. s. In this study the researcher used the T-statistic test and F-statistic test to test if the variable of perceived of ease, perceived of enjoyment and trust have positive and significance impact on costumer interest in using mobile banking in BCA Pangkalpinang.


The result of this research show that perceived of ease, perceived of enjoyment and trust  has posistive and significance impact towards costumer interest in using mobile banking by 59% while the rest was influence by other variables which is not discussed in this study
