Abstract

This thesis has been compiled in the period February 2021 to July 2021 and is located in Pangkalpinang City, Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Indonesia. The research was conducted at the Agency; UPTD Girimaya Public Health Center Pangkalpinang City. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and management control system on employee performance of UPTD Girimaya Health Center Pangkalpinang City, using quantitative descriptive methods, while the sample in this study was 46 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling or sampling based on certain considerations and criteria by using a questionnaire. The results of the research data analysis showed that: 1) Classical assumption test, there was no error in classical assumptions, 2) Instrument test, all questionnaires were declared valid and reliable. 3) Hypothesis testing shows the results of the analysis that: a) The results of the determinant coefficient test (R2) the contribution of the independent variable (X) affects the dependent variable (Y) by 21.4% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model. b) The results of the F and t tests explain that the independent variable (X) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (Y).
