Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the independent variable is Salary, Incentives and Social Security may affect the dependent variable is the Employee Motivation This study used qualitative data analysis, with the approach of multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination.

The data used in this study are primary data. Statistical data processing using SPSS version 22 software program. Based on the results of data processing states that the variable salary is partially not have a significant influence on Employee Motivation by comparison tcount (6.679)> ttable (2.00172), while significant value 0.002 > 0.05, so obviously H0 rejected H1 accepted.

Variable Incentive partially has a positive and significant impact on Employee Motivation with tcount (6.136) > ttable (2.00172), while significant value 0,002 <0,05 so clear H0 and H1 accepted. Social Security partially variable has a positive and significant impact on Employee Motivation with tcount (5.942)> ttable (2.00172), while significant value 0,002 <0,05 so clear H0 and H1 accepted.

Simultaneously variable salary, incentives and Social Security has a positive and significant impact on Employee Motivation with 16.545 Fcount> Ftable 2.00172. While significant value 0,001b <0.05, which means that H0 rejected and H1 accepted. For the value of R = 0.869 which means that the influence salaries, incentives and social security together have a strong relationship to the work motivation. From the above table coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.755.

This value can be defined that 75.5% variable work motivation can be explained by salary, incentives, and social security together, the remaining 24.5% by other variables not included in this study.
