Achievement (X5) obtained t is greater than ttable amounted to 14.058> 1.29805, Administration and Corporate Policy (X6) obtained t is greater than ttable amounted to 10.172> 1, 29 805, Supervision (X7) tcount greater than ttable is at -6.707> 1.29805 with a significant value (0.000) <(0.05) in other words, this variable has a significant negative effect on work motivation (Y), Salary ( X8) obtained t is smaller than ttable amounted to 2,090> 1.29805 with a significant value (0.43)> (0.05),
