Abstract

Authors in conducting this study is to provide empirical evidence about the effects of years of service and safety to employees performance. This study run by multiple linear regression analysis to prove in any analysis of the effect of each variable.

The data used are primary data and secondary data. Results showed working lives and safety at work and significant positive effect on employee performance simultaneously obtained Fcount (26.241) > Ftable (3.12) which means that H1 is accepted.

Partially, tenure a significant influence on employee performance with the acquisition tcount (2.813) > ttable (1.66437) which means that H1 is accepted.work  safety K3  has a significant impact on employee kinerjan tcount acquisition (6.117) > ttable (1.66437) which means that H1 is accepted.
