Abstract

The author in doing this research is to provide empirical evidence about the analysis of the influence of work competence, work culture, and Job Satisfaction tehadap Employee Performance. This study runs with multiple linear regression analysis to prove in the analysis of each influence of each variable. The data used isprimary data. Simultaneousand significant results on Employee Performance simultaneously. Performance Fcount (10,989)> Ftable (3.35), which means H1 is accepted.

Partially, Work Competence gives significant influence to Employee Performance with tcount (3,121)> ttable (2.04841), so H1 accepted, Work Culture has significant influence to Employee Performance with tcount (4,733)> ttable (2,484841 ), So H1 is accepted, and Job Satisfaction has a significant influence on Work Achievement with value (tcount (2.672)> ttable (2.04841) which means H1 accepted. That is the effect of Work Competence, Work Culture, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously- Has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance.
