Abstract

As times change and progress, humans are required to be able to have quality skills to meet a better standard of living. Therefore, human resources that are utilized effectively and efficiently will be beneficial to support sustainable economic growth. There are factors that affect human resources in their optimal utilization within each individual. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation and recruitment process as moderating variables on employee performance (Case Study of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti, Pangkalpinang)


This research is a quantitative research. The object of research used was PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Pangkalpinang employees with a total sample of 30 employees with accidental techniques. As for the data collection techniques using questionnaire, interview and observation methods. Data is processed using the JASP application. Test data used in this research are reliability test, validity test, statistical test and classic assumption test.


The results of the data processing show that work environment variables and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti, Pangkalpinang. And the recruitment process variable strengthens the work environment on employee performance.
