Quantitative data analysis will be conducted using the Multiple Linear Regression technique. The findings indicate that both the marketing mix and lifestyle collectively exert a direct influence on purchasing decisions. Specifically, the marketing mix demonstrates a partial influence on purchasing decisions, while lifestyle also shows a partial influence on purchasing decisions at Yunna Snack stores in 2023. In this research were employees of PT Sucofindo (Persero) Pangkalpinang. This research uses the Validity Test and Reliability Test to measure validity and reliability, and uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test (F Test), and Partial Test (T Test) and Determination Coefficient (R2) processed with JASP. The research results show (1) Leadership Style has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive framework, this research uses the KANO and QFD models as analysis methodology. Two data analysis tools were used, namely the Importance Performance Analysis method and the Customers Satisfaction Index through validity tests and reliability tests calculated using JASP. This study involved 20 respondents, this analysis identified five main categories, namely economy, ergonomics, durability, performance and features. The results of the research show that in the economic dimension it has a high level of importance (4.0667) and good performance (4.45), being in the upper right quadrant indicating that the Kongsi Pangkal Pinang café meets consumer expectations well and needs to be maintained. The ergonomic dimension has a fairly high level of importance (4.0167) but low performance (3.35), being in the upper left quadrant, indicating that significant improvements are needed to increase performance. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Masjid Jami Pangkalpinang. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The results of this research show that 9 indicators of job satisfaction according to the Job Satisfaction Survey show that the overall average value of employee job satisfaction is in the "Satisfied" category with an average value of 3.39. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression to assess the influence of the independent variables (product quality, service quality, and price) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction), processed using IBM SPSS Version 25. The findings indicate that product quality partially affects customer satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 4.271 > t-table value of 1.679. Service quality also partially affects customer satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 3.086 > t-table value of 1.379. This research took a sample of 20 respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The conclusions of this research are: (1) There is no positive and significant influence between transformational leadership and employee motivation; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and employee motivation; (3) there is a significant positive influence between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on employee motivation. Some suggestions that need to be conveyed are to strengthen transformational leadership, it is necessary to increase the ability of subordinates to handle problems at work, increase subordinates' trust in decisions made by leaders. Increasing employee motivation is carried out with policy transparency in determining rewards.
