This research was conducted from January to June 2025. The aim of this research is to the influence of green product and green advertising on customer decisions in purchasing product, both individually and together. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach method. Data collection was out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents in Pangkalbalam sub-disctrict. The sample was determined using the non-probability sampling techniques. Data analysis used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Simultaneous Test (F Test) and Partial Test (t Test) processed with JASP. The results of the study show that green product and green advertising have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. With a quantitative approach and survey method on 91 respondents, the results of the study indicate that partially, HR Management has a significant effect on customer satisfaction through employee competence and service quality; Work Professionalism also has a significant effect through discipline, responsibility, and work ethics; while Sustainable Commitment has an effect through consistency of service quality and continuous innovation. This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in the company's profitability ratio before and after the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk for the 2014-2023 period proxied by return on assets, return on equity, and Net Profit Margin. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses literature studies, namely by studying literature, notes, research journals, scientific papers, and books related to the theory and problems to be discussed and then added to the documentation method. The source used is secondary data in the form of financial statement data of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk in the 2014-2023 period. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and mean difference test analysis. The results stated that there was no significant difference in the variable Return on Assets and return on equity, but there was a significant difference in the variable Net Profit Margin before and after the application of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) at PT. Bangun Bangka Bersama from the Perspective of Sustainable and Inclusive Economy in Pangkalpinang City” and consists of 112 pages excluding appendices. The study aims to analyze the impact of distribution channel factors—namely distribution efficiency, reach, sustainability, and inclusiveness—on the company’s sales volume.</em></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys (questionnaires distributed to consumers and distribution partners) and interviews with company insiders. The sample of 83 respondents was selected using the probability sampling method, specifically simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of JASP for Windows.</em></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>The results show that all four distribution variables (efficiency, reach, sustainability, and inclusiveness) have a positive and significant effect on sales volume. Individually, each variable showed p-values &lt; 0.05 and t-values greater than the t-table value of 1.664. A quantitative approach was employed with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 90 culinary entrepreneurs selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression through JASP. The results indicate that financial literacy does not have a significant partial effect on business sustainability, while entrepreneurial innovation management has a positive and significant partial effect. Simultaneously, both financial literacy and innovation management have a positive and significant influence on business sustainability. The main objective of this research is to analyze how sustainable marketing, environmental awareness, and social influence affect green purchase intention among KONGSI consumers. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 88 respondents who are KONGSI consumers, with the sample selected using probability sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out through a series of tests, including Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Simultaneous Test (F Test), and Partial Test (t Test), all processed using JASP software. The results of the analysis indicate that all three variables sustainable marketing, environmental awareness, and social influence have a positive and significant influence on green purchase intention.
