This study has two independent (independent) variables, namely the influence of incentives, and work discipline and one dependent variable (bound), namely employee performance. The test method uses validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using t test, f test, and coefficient of determination analysis (R2).Based on the results of research on the effect of Work Incentives and Discipline on Performance at the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, it can be concluded from the two independent variables, namely Incentives and Work Discipline affect the dependent variable, namely employee performance with a calculated f value (8.391) &gt; f table (2.77). This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) on Share Price of Telecommunications Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 either partially or simultaneously. The number of samples used in this study were 4 Telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from a total population of 17 companies. The type of data is secondary data sourced from the company's financial statements and annual reports. This research was conducted from August 2023 to January 2024, has pages without attachments. The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of teller services and e-channel facilities on customer satisfaction at Bank BNI KC Pangkalpinang. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents in this study who were customers of Bank BNI KC Pangkalpinang. The sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Simultaneous Test (F Test) and Partial Test (t Test) processed with JASP. The research results show (1) Teller Service Quality has a partial effect on Customer Satisfaction with a significance value of &lt;.001 which is smaller than 0.05 and the tcount value of 4.379 is greater than the ttable value of 1.66105. (2) E-Channel facilities have a partial effect on Customer Satisfaction with a significance value of 0.003 which is smaller than 0.05 and the tcount value has a value of 5.042 which is greater than the ttable value of 1.66105.
