This research tests three hypotheses, namely: (1) Transformational leadership shows that there is no significant influence between transformational leadership variables on employee motivation. (2) Organizational Culture shows that there is a significant influence on employee motivation and (3) Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture have a significant positive influence on employee motivation. This research took a sample of 20 respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The conclusions of this research are: (1) There is no positive and significant influence between transformational leadership and employee motivation; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and employee motivation; (3) there is a significant positive influence between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on employee motivation. Some suggestions that need to be conveyed are to strengthen transformational leadership, it is necessary to increase the ability of subordinates to handle problems at work, increase subordinates' trust in decisions made by leaders. Increasing employee motivation is carried out with policy transparency in determining rewards. The research methodology involves conducting a survey using questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents within the organization. Quantitative data analysis will be conducted using the Multiple Linear Regression technique. The findings indicate that both the marketing mix and lifestyle collectively exert a direct influence on purchasing decisions. Pendekatan yang di gunakan adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat statistic deskriftif, yang Dimana variable bebas dalam penelitian ini yakni kualiats pelayanan (X1), kepuasan konsumen (X2) kemudian variable terikat yakni loyalitas pelanggan (Y). Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Tins Café. &nbsp; Table diperoleh nilai signifikansi (sig) sebesar 0.001 atau lebih kecil daripada 0,05 (a), maka Keputusan dari pengujian hipotesis ini adalah menolak H0 dan menerima H1. Hasil perhitungan di atas juga dapat menggunakan rumus F<sub>hitung </sub>&gt; F<sub>tabel </sub>dimana diperoleh nilai F<sub>hitung </sub>3.251 &gt; dari F<sub>tabel </sub>sebesar 3.19 sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan H1 diterima demikian di nyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Tins Café Pangkapinang. This research uses a quantitative research method that uses primary data and secondary data obtained through research questionnaires. The sampling method in this research is by using the Saturated Sampling method (census sampling) for a total of 44 respondents. In this research were employees of PT Sucofindo (Persero) Pangkalpinang. This research uses the Validity Test and Reliability Test to measure validity and reliability, and uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test (F Test), and Partial Test (T Test) and Determination Coefficient (R2) processed with JASP. The research results show (1) Leadership Style has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee. Data analysis was carried out using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Analysis, Partial Significant Test (t Test), and Simultaneous Significant Test (F) using the JASP data processing program. In the Partial Significant Test (t Test), Physical Evidence has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Reliability has no positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Responsiveness has no positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Guarantee has no positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction and Empathy has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Bank Central Asia KCP Masjid Jami Pangkalpinang. The theories used in this research are management theory, human resource theory and management, job satisfaction measuring tools “Job Satisfaction Survey”, and job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Masjid Jami Pangkalpinang. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The results of this research show that 9 indicators of job satisfaction according to the Job Satisfaction Survey show that the overall average value of employee job satisfaction is in the "Satisfied" category with an average value of 3.39. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive framework, this research uses the KANO and QFD models as analysis methodology. Two data analysis tools were used, namely the Importance Performance Analysis method and the Customers Satisfaction Index through validity tests and reliability tests calculated using JASP. This study involved 20 respondents, this analysis identified five main categories, namely economy, ergonomics, durability, performance and features. The results of the research show that in the economic dimension it has a high level of importance (4.0667) and good performance (4.45), being in the upper right quadrant indicating that the Kongsi Pangkal Pinang café meets consumer expectations well and needs to be maintained. The ergonomic dimension has a fairly high level of importance (4.0167) but low performance (3.35), being in the upper left quadrant, indicating that significant improvements are needed to increase performance. This study used primary data with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study used all employees on CV. Panen Baru as many as 20 employees as respondents and using questionnaires with Likert measurement scales. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis processed with Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program University of Amsterdam. The results of the study showed; (1) The Recruitment Process has a partial effect on Employee Performance with a significance value of 0.001 &lt; 0.05 and a calculated value of 5.687 &gt; than table 1.697. (2) Selection has a partial effect on Employee Performance with a significance value of 0.026 &lt; 0.05 and a calculated value of 2.446 &gt; than table 1.697. The study aims to analyze the impact of product quality, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction at Toko AWI in Pangkalpinang. A quantitative research method with a survey approach was used, involving a sample of 50 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers of Toko AWI. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression to assess the influence of the independent variables (product quality, service quality, and price) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction), processed using IBM SPSS Version 25.
