ANALISIS STRATEGI RESOURCE BASED VIEW (RBV) DALAM RANGKA MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING STUDI KASUS PT. ASIA SURYA PERKASA PANGKALPINANG

Abstrak

       This thesis written and compiled by Diantika (230150022), Analysis of Resource Based View (RBV) Strategies to improve the competitiveness of the case study of PT. Asia Surya Perkasa Pangkalpinang. The purpose of this study is to Analyze the resource-based strategy implemented by PT. Asia Surya Perkasa Pangkalpinang. Theories used in this research are Management theory, Strategy Management theory, and Resource-Based View Theory.

     The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a view to finding the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable by using a statistical formula that examines the Resource Based View (RBV) Strategy to improve the competitiveness of the Case Study of PT. Asia Surya Perkasa Pangkalpinang. While the statistical formula used to test hypotheses is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The population in this study were employees of the Main Dealer of PT. Asia Surya Perkasa & PT. Asia Surya Perkasa Pangkalpiang is 119 people. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people because if the research subjects were less than equal to 100 people, then it is better to take all of them so that the research is a population study.

      Based on the results of research prove that: (1) There is a significant influence of the variable influence of Financial Resources on . This has been proven by the value of t-count> t-table (3.858> 1.9887). (2) There is a significant influence on the variable influence of Physical Resources on . This has been proven by the value of t-count> t-table (-2.027> 1.9887). (3) There is a significant influence on the influence of Human Resources on . This has been proven by the value of t-count> t-table (2.549> 1.9887). (4) There is a significant influence of the variable influence of Technology Resources on . This has been proven by the value of t-count> t-table (10.247> 1.9887). (5) There is a significant influence on the influence of Product Innovation on . This has been proven by the value of t-count> t-table (2.446> 1.9887). (6) The results of the study also prove that there is a significant influence on the variable influence of Internal Resources on . This has been proven by the value of t-count> t-table (-2,138> 1,9887). and (7) the results of the study show that 6. There is a significant influence. This is proven by the value of F-count> F-table (24.34> 2.70).
