The purpose of this research is to know the role which is performed by a Loan Service in the process of providing Home Ownership Credit and the application of 6C aspects in the provision of credit as well as knowing the realization of Home Ownership Credit with subsidized House Ownership Credit and Non-Subsidized Housing Credit at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), TBK. Branch Office of Pangkalpinang.
This is a descriptive research which was conducted at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), TBK. Branch Office of Pangkalpinang with the use of primary and secondary data collected using observation and interview. In this research it can be seen that the role of Loan Service as an intermediary between the company and the prospective customers in the realization of Housing Loans by conducting interviews with prospective customers and analysis of the interview results can be known that Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition of economy and Constrait whether the candidate customers are eligible to be financed or not, but PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), TBK. Branch Office of Pangkalpinang does not use the Constrait aspect to interview prospective customers. Actual realization of subsidized and non-subsidized House Ownership Credit products has a difference that is the realization of subsidized House Ownership Credit is more rapid than Non-Subsidized Home Ownership Credit.
