ANALISIS PENGARUH KETERLIBATAN, KEMAMPUAN PERSONAL DAN PROGRAM DIKLAT PEMAKAI SISTEM INFORMASI TERHADAP KINEJA SIA PADA PT. DUTA PUTRA LEXINDO PANGKALPINANG

Abstrak

This research is motivated by more and more companies that use accounting information systems in their operational activities to facilitate their daily work. Accounting information system require support form various factors to be able to run well, such as involvement of information system users, personal technical capabilities of information system users and education and training programs of information system users. Purpose of this research is to examine empirically the existence of involvement of information system users, personal technical capabilities of information system users and education and training programs of information system users to the performance of accounting information system in PT. Duta Putra Lexindo Pangkalpinang.

The independent variable used is involvement of information system users, personal technical capabilities of information system users and education and training programs of information system users. While dependent variable is the performance of accounting information system. Sample for this research is employee’s using accounting information system at PT. Duta Putra Lexindo ammount to 30 responder. Data collection techniques using a questioner in the form a Likert scale. Methods of analysis using multiple liniear regression analysis, by considering classic assumption test, such as normality test and multicollinearity test and hypothesis testing uses statistic tests

The result of this research indicate that the involvement of information system users, personal technical capabilities of information system users and education and training programs of information system users significantly influence of the accounting information system performance with adjusted R square 0,778 or 77,8% which dependent variable can be explained by independent variable and 22,2% explained by variable outside of this research.
