This research was entitled; "The Influence of Budget Allocation and Work Motivation on the Quality of Health Services (case study at UPTD. Girimaya Health Center)" This thesis consists of 95 pages without attachments. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of budget allocation and work motivation on the quality of health services so as to improve health services at the community health center, Girimaya District, Pangkalpinang City. This research method uses the method . Research respondents are employees at UPTD. Girimaya Health Center Total 63 people. The variables used are Budget Allocation and Work Motivation as independent variables and Health Service Quality as the dependent variable which was developed according to the indicators. This study uses quantitative analysis of primary data from direct research in the field. As a tool for statistical data processing, JASP Version 0.14.1 was used.
The results of this study indicate that: First, there is a significant positive effect of the Budget Allocation variable on the Quality of Service at the UPTD of the Girimaya Health Center. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 4.197 while the ttable value of 1.673 thus tcount (4,197) > ttable (1,673). Second, there is a significant positive effect of the performance motivation variable on service quality at the UPTD of the Girimaya Health Center. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 4,592 while the ttable value of 1,673, thus tcount (4,592) > ttable (1,673). Third, there is a significant positive effect of the variables of Budget Allocation and Performance Motivation on Service Quality at the UPTD of Girimaya Health Center. This is evidenced by the Fcount value of 47.971 while the Ftable value of 3.17, thus tcount (47.971) > ttable (3.17).
