Abstrak

        The purpose of this study, which is done by the researcher, Tata Lesmana, 230140053, is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Bangka Belitung branch. The research method used a purposive sampling method. The research respondents are employees at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Bangka Belitung branch of 41 people.

       The variables used are organizational culture and work discipline as the independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable that is developed by itself according to their own indicators. This research used quantitative analysis to primary data of the result of direct research in the field. As a tool, the program is used for processing statistical data.

       The results show that: First, there is a significant influence of the Organizational Culture variable on the Employee performance of PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Bangka Belitung branch. From the calculation results, it is observed that the t-count is 6.939 while the table with degrees of freedom 39 on a (0.05) is 2.02269. Thus t-account (2,939)> t-table (2.0269), so Ho is clearly rejected and H1 is accepted, or if it is obtained that the sign value is 0.006. Thus Ho's decision is clearly rejected and H1 is accepted. Secondly, there is no significant influence of the Work Discipline variable on the Employee Performance of PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Bangka Belitung branch. From the calculation, obtained a t-count of 5.104 while the t-table with degrees of freedom 39 on a (0.05) of 2.02269. Thus t-hitung (5.104)> t-table (2.02269), so Ho is clearly rejected and H1 is accepted or from the calculation and data processing it is obtained that the sign value is 0.000. Thus Ho's decision is clearly accepted. Third, there is a significant influence of the Organizational Culture variable, and Discipline Work together to Performance Employees of PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Bangka Belitung branch. This is proved by the F-account value is 7.759, while the Ftable value is 3.24 thus Fcount (7,759)> Ftable (3.24).

       Based on the results of these studies, the researcher concludes that the performance of employees at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Bangka Belitung branch can be enhanced through organizational culture and work discipline.
