ANALISIS PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KESELAMATAN KESEHATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARAWAN BAGIAN OPERATOR PADA PT. ANMER GASINDO PRIMA

This thesis was entitled “Analisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Operator pada PT Anmer Gasindo Prima Kec. Merawang”. The research was conducted from February 2023 - May 2023 and has 96 pages without attachments. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and occupational health safety at PT Anmer Gasindo Prima Kec. Merawang. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collected by distributing questionnaires to 41 respondents in this study were of PT Anmer Gasindo Prima employee part of the operator. The sample was determined using the saturated sample technique. Data analysis used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Simultaneous Test (F Test), and Partial Test (t-Test) which were processed with JASP. The results showed (1) Work Discipline has a partial effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 of a ttable value of 2,02439. (2) Occupational Health Safety has a partial effect on Employee Performance with a significance value of 0.001 a t-table value of 2,024390. (3) Work Discipline and Occupational Safety and Health have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance with a significance value of 0.001 an f-table value of 3.24.
