Abstrak

Abstract - The aim of this research is to determine the level of job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Masjid Jami Pangkalpinang. The theories used in this research are management theory, human resource theory and management, job satisfaction measuring tools “Job Satisfaction Survey”, and job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Masjid Jami Pangkalpinang. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The results of this research show that 9 indicators of job satisfaction according to the Job Satisfaction Survey show that the overall average value of employee job satisfaction is in the "Satisfied" category with an average value of 3.39. The dominant indicators that create job satisfaction are the Communication indicator with an average value of 3.87 in the "Very Satisfied" category and the Colleagues indicator with an average value of 3.74 in the "Very Satisfied" category, while for indicators that have a value the average is lower than other indicators, namely the Procedure indicator with an average value of 3.08 in the "Satisfied" category.
