PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, PENGALAMAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT SURYA HASIL LAUT PANGKALPINANG

This thesis was written and prepared by Alda Munalissa, student identification number 230200008, with the title "The Influence of Education Level, Work Experience and Work Motivation on the Performance of PT Surya Produk Laut Pangkal Pinang Employees". This research was conducted from January to June 2024 in the city of Pangkal Pinang. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence the level of education, work experience and work motivation has on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT Surya Produk Laut Pangkal Pinang. This research used a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 54 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. Data analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Simultaneous Test (F Test) and Partial Test (t Test) which are processed using the SPSS version. 26. The research results show that work motivation has a positive influence on employee performance, while the level of education and work experience do not show a significant influence. Simultaneously, these three variables have a positive influence on employee performance.
