This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee motivation. This research tests three hypotheses, namely: (1) Transformational leadership shows that there is no significant influence between transformational leadership variables on employee motivation. (2) Organizational Culture shows that there is a significant influence on employee motivation and (3) Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture have a significant positive influence on employee motivation. This research took a sample of 20 respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The conclusions of this research are: (1) There is no positive and significant influence between transformational leadership and employee motivation; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and employee motivation; (3) there is a significant positive influence between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on employee motivation. Some suggestions that need to be conveyed are to strengthen transformational leadership, it is necessary to increase the ability of subordinates to handle problems at work, increase subordinates' trust in decisions made by leaders. Increasing employee motivation is carried out with policy transparency in determining rewards. The implication of this research is that there is an indirect influence between transformational leadership and organizational culture through employee motivation.
