ANALISIS POTENSI KEBANGKRUTAN DENGAN METODE ALTMAN Z-SCORE; STUDI PADA PT. MUSTIKA RATU TBK

Abstrak

This is an undergraduate thesis that has been conducted and compiled by Meirandha Caresha, student identification 540160010, STIE-IBEK Accounting Departement.  The title of thesis in Bahasa Indonesia; "ANALISIS POTENSI KEBANGKRUTAN DENGAN METODE ALTMAN Z-SCORE; STUDI PADA PT MUSTIKA RATU TBK”.  The research conducted from February 2020 to July 2020, it consists of 95 pages without attachments. 

 The population in this study is the manufacture subsector companies which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The sampling method in this research is non-probability in the form of purposive sampling by taking samples from the population based on a certain criterion.

 The results showed that in the 2014 period the Company was in a safe zone with a z-score of 3,050. In 2015-2018, the Company is in the gray area or bankrupt-prone zone with z-score of 2,681 for 2015, 2,533 in 2016, 2,417 in 2017 and 2,161 in 2018. The results of this z-score indicate that The company is in a poor financial performance. This was caused by a decrease in sales, a decrease in the value of assets, a decrease in working capital and an increase in the value of liabilities that were greater than the previous year.
