ANALISIS PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMUNIKASI KERJA TERHADAP LOYALITAS PEGAWAI PT. GUNUNG MARAS LESTARI – PALM OIL MILL KABUPATEN BANGKA

The research objective was to assess the effect of LeadershipStyle and Work communication towardsEmployeeLoyalty PT. Gunung Maras Lestari-Palm Oil Mill Bangka Regency. The research method used a purposive sampling method. The respondents were employees at PT. Gunung Maras Lestari-Palm Oil Mill Bangka Regency with 70 people as sample.
The results showed that: First, there is a significant influence in variable Leadership Style toward Employee Loyalty PT. Gunung Maras Lestari-Palm Oil Mill Bangka Regency. From the calculations, the value of t-count2,463while t-table with 67 degrees of freedom in the α (0:05) of 1.99601. Thus t-count (2,463)>t-table (1.99601), making it clear that Ho refused and H1 accepted or if you see the sign value of 0,016. Thus the decision is clear Ho refused and H1 accepted. Secondly, there is a significant influence in the Work Communication variable towards Employee Loyalty PT. Gunung Maras Lestari-Palm Oil Mill Bangka Regency. From the calculations, the value of t-count2,166while t-tabel with 67 degrees of freedom in the α (0:05) is1.99601. Thus t value (2,166)> t-table (1.99601), making it clear that Ho refused and H2 accepted or from the calculation and processing of data obtained sign value is0,034. Thus the decision is clear Ho refused and H2 accepted. Thirdly, there is a significant influence between the Leadership Style variable and Work Communication jointly towards Employee Loyalty PT. Gunung Maras Lestari-Palm Oil Mill Bangka Regency. This is evidenced by the value of F of 31,859, while the F-tableis3.13 thus F-count (31,859)> F-table (3.13).
Based on these results, researchers concluded that Employee Loyalty at PT. Gunung Maras Lestari-Palm Oil Mill Bangka Regency can be enhanced through LeadershipStyle and WorkCommunication by 48,7% (R2 = 0,487).
