The motivation and purpose of this research is to find out how strong the influence of the independent variables, namely, Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline during the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of employees of the Province of Bangka Belitung. This study uses quantitative data and uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis through the JASP application.
The results of Hₗ do not show a positive and significant t-value. This means that the t-test obtained partially (individually) for the leadership style variable does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports Youth of the Province of Bangka Belitung, the results of Hₗ are obtained with a value of 1.936. The results of H₂ can show the results of a positive and significant t value. This means that it is stated that partially (Individual) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports Youth of the Province of Bangka Belitung, the H₂ results obtained are with a value of 4,756. The results of H₃ can show the results of a positive and significant t value. This means that it is stated that partially (Individual) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports Youth of the Province of Bangka Belitung, the H₃ results obtained are with a value of 12.204. The H₄ results from the F test state that the values obtained from leadership style, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tourism, Culture and Youth Sports Office of the Province of Bangka Belitung. H₄ results obtained are the F count 150.342 > F table 2, 27 with a P value < 0.001.
