Abstract

       The variables used were Organizational Communication, Organizational Culture, and Competence as independent variables, and performance as dependent variables were developed according to the indicators. This study uses a quantitative analysis of the primary data as a result of research in the field. The SPSS program is used for processing statistical data. The results showed that: First, there is a significant influence variable Organizational Communication on Performance PT. Sinar Logindo Alam Bangka Belitung Islands Province. From the calculations, the tcount is 3,524 while t table with 28 degrees of freedom in the α (0,05) 2,04841. Thus tcount (3,524) > ttable (2,04841), clear that Ho refuse and H1 accepted or if you see the sign value 0.002. Thus the decision to clear Ho refuses and H1 accepts. Secondly, there is significant Organizational Culture variables on performance PT. Sinar Logindo Alam Bangka Belitung Islands Province. From the calculations, the tcount 3,463  while ttable with 28 degrees of freedom in the α (0,05) of 2,04841. Thus tcount (3,463) > ttable (2,04841), making it clear that Ho refus and H1 accept or from the calculation and processing of data obtained sign value  0,001. Thus the decision to clear the Ho was refused and H1 was accepted. Thirdly, there is a significant influence of Competence variables on performance PT. Sinar Logindo Alam Bangka Belitung Islands Province From the calculations, the tcount 3,349  while ttable with 38 degrees of freedom in the α (0,05) 2,04841. Thus tcount (3,349) > ttable (2,04841), making it clear that Ho refuse and H1 accept or from the calculation and processing of data obtained a sign value of 0,004. Thus the decision to clear the Ho refuse and H1 acceptance. Fourth, there is significant Organizational Communication, Organizational Culture, and Competence in performance PT. Sinar Logindo Alam Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount of 9,595, while the Ftable value is 2,98 thus Fcount (9,595)> Ftable (2,98) Thus the decision is clear Ho refuses and H1 accepts. Based on these results, the researchers concluded that employees at PT. Sinar Logindo Alam Bangka Belitung Islands Province can be enhanced through Organizational Communication, Organizational Culture, and Competence.
