PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI KASUS PADA PT PLN (PERSERO) UNIT INDUK WILAYAH BANGKA BELITUNG TAHUN 2020-2021)

Human resources have an important role for the company,
because human resources are a combination of energy, physicality,
ideas, talents, knowledge, creativity and skills needed to move the
company. The performance of an employee is an important starting
point for the creation of company performance. This research aims to
determine the effect of competence, motivation, and training on
employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Bangka Belitung. This
research uses multiple linear regression analysis, the variables used
in this research are competence, motivation and training which are
hypothesized to have an effect on employee performance. The sample
in this research amounted to 82 people with quantitative methods.
The questionnaire instrument is used as a data collector. Testing the
validity and reliability of the indicators and variable concepts. The
results showed that competence, motivation and training had a
positive effect on employee performance, but partially, specifically,
training did not have a significant effect on employee performance.
Chairman of PT. PLN (Persero) Bangka Belitung should maintain a
competency certification program, motivational workshops and
evaluate the implementation of training programs that have been
carried out every year to improve employee performance in carrying
out their duties.
