This research was entitled: “Analisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi pada PT EMKL Jelutung Subur”.
The purpose of this research focuses on analyzing the influence of, transformational leadership and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. In today's highly competitive globalization era, organizations need resources that are involved and have a strong commitment to achieving their goals and vision.
The method used in this relates to individual feelings towards the organization, including the belief that the organization is an important part of their life. In this research design, researchers used quantitative methods. The type of approach that researchers use is a type of quantitative description analysis approach with explanatory research. explanatory research is a study designed to test hypotheses between hypothesized variables. In this study there are hypotheses that will be tested for truth.
The results of the study prove that : 1. Transformational leadership and organizational commitment simultaneously have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 2. Transformational leadership has no partial positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 3. Organizational commitment has a partial positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
