This an undergraduate thesis entitled in Bahasa Indonesia: “Analisis Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Pangkalpinang” The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on the performance of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the city of Pangkalpinang, both simultaneously and partially as many as 111 pages without attachments.
This study was to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pangkalpinang City?The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance.
This research is a research with quantitative methods and data analysis using research instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The population and sample at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Pangkalpinang City in this study amounted to 62 employees.
The results showed that work stress had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a value of < t table (4.491> 1,671) and a value (p-value) < probability value of 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05). Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with > t table (2.426> 1,671) and the value (p-value) < 0.05 probability value (0.001 < 0.05). As well as the simultaneous effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance with the results of the fcount > ftable (22.486> 3.15) and the P-Value 0,001 < probability 0,05.
