This study was to determine the effect of training and human resource development of employee performance PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Pangkalpinang. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach with the aim to find the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables using a statistical formula that examines the relationship of training and human resource development employee performance PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Pangkalpinang. The population in this study were 55 white sand residents. The sample in this study amounted to 55 people because if the research subjects were less than 100 people, it would be better to take all of them so that the research was a population research. Based on the results of the study revealed that: (1) there is a significant influence between training on employee performance, this is proved by the value of t-count> t-table (3,395 > 2,00575). (2) There is a significant influence between development of human resources on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of t-count> t-table (2,698> 2,00575). (3) the results showed that there was a significant influence between training and human resource development on employee performance as evidenced by the F-count> F-table (22,67 > 3,18).
