PENGARUH REKRUTMEN, PELATIHAN DAN PEMBAGIAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT CITRA GOLDEN TUNGGAL (AIR MINUM VIZ)

This research was entitled: “Pengaruh Rekrutmen, Pelatihan dan Pembagian Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Citra Golden Tunggal (Air Minum Viz)”. The authors in doing this research are to provide powerful evidence of the influence of independent variables, recruiting, training, and the division of labor on dependent variables defined as employee performance. The study USES quantitative data analysis and USES linear regression analysis along with coefficient determinations.
Analysis states that recruits variables are partial to positive and significant to the performance of employees with thitung 8176 > value.65787 with a value of 0001 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. Partially, the training variable affects positive and significant performance of employees with thitung 3,388 > value ttable 1.65787 with a significance of 0001 < 0.05, which means that h0 is rejected and h1 received. The last independent variable is the partial division of labor without a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees with thitung -0864 > value of ttable 1.65787 with a significance of 0001 < 0.05, which means that H0 is accepted and H1 rejected.
Simultaneous recruitment variables, training, labor division have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees with a value gained by ftable 2.68. With coefficiencies determinations up to 0656, which means that independent variables can explain interdependent variables simultaneously by 65.6% and the rest by 34.4% are explained by other independent variables not used in the research.
