The research conducted from February 2020 to July 2020, it consists of 140 pages without attachments.
This study aims to analyze the effect of Company Performance on Stock Prices. The company's performance in this study is represented by financial ratios consisting of current ratio (CR), total assets turnover (TATO) , debt to assets ratio (DAR), dan return on asset (ROA). The population used in this study is pharmaceutical companies that are listed on the Stock Exchange and are active from 2014 to 2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with a sample size of 6 companies. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that the current ratio (CR), total assets turnover (TATO), debt to assets ratio (DAR), and return on assets (ROA) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on stock prices on pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia in 2014-2018. This is because the results of the test-F show that f count> f table and the significance level is smaller than α = 5%. The partial test results show that the CR variable has no effect and no significant effect on the Stock Price, the TATO variable has no effect and is not significant on the Stock Price, the DAR variable and has no significant effect on the Stock Price and the ROA variable has a positive and significant effect on the Stock Price. Adjusted R² results are 32.3% which shows that 32.3% changes in the Company's Stock Price are influenced by current ratio (CR), total assets turnover (TATO), debt to assets ratio (DAR), and return on assets (ROA).
