Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how strong the influence of the Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Work Environment Control toward the dependent variable which is defined as Work Productivity. This study runs by using quantitative data analysis and was using a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis along with Coefficient of Determination. The results of the analysis state that the Work Discipline variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (t-count 4.278> t-table 1.67866 with significance 0.001 <0.05), which means that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. Another independent variable, Organizational Culture, partially had no effect on Work Productivity (t-count 0.854 <t-table 1.67866 with significance 0.398> 0.05), which means that H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected. The last variable is Work Environment also partially has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (t-count 2.470> t-table 1.67866 with significance 0.017 <0.05), which means that H0 is rejected and H1 was accepted.  As simultaneously the variable Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Work Environment Control have a positive and significant influence on Work Productivity with the values ​​obtained F-count 9,594> F-table 2.81 with sig 0.001 <0.05. The coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.395 (39.5%), which means that the independent variable can explain the dependent variable simultaneously by 39.5%, and the remaining 60.5% is explained by other independent variables which are not used in this study.
