ANALISIS PROSES REKRUTMEN DAN SELEKSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV. PANEN BARU (Perusahaan Eksportir Whole White Pepper)

Abstract - The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Recruitment and Selection Process on Employee Performance on CV.Panen Baru (Whole White Pepper Exporter Company). This study used primary data with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study used all employees on CV. Panen Baru as many as 20 employees as respondents and using questionnaires with Likert measurement scales. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis processed with Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program University of Amsterdam. The results of the study showed; (1) The Recruitment Process has a partial effect on Employee Performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a calculated value of 5.687 > than table 1.697. (2) Selection has a partial effect on Employee Performance with a significance value of 0.026 < 0.05 and a calculated value of 2.446 > than table 1.697. (3) The Recruitment and Selection Process simultaneously affects Employee Performance on CV.Panen Baru with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a calculated f value of 18.180 > table 2.922.
