ANALISIS PENGARUH MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA, PROFESIONALISME KERJA, DAN KOMITMEN BERKELANJUTAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DI RM PAPAWU NOODLE HOUSE

This study aims to analyze the influence of Human Resource Management (HR), Work Professionalism, and Sustainable Commitment on Customer Satisfaction at RM Papawu Noodle House Pangkalpinang. With a quantitative approach and survey method on 91 respondents, the results of the study indicate that partially, HR Management has a significant effect on customer satisfaction through employee competence and service quality; Work Professionalism also has a significant effect through discipline, responsibility, and work ethics; while Sustainable Commitment has an effect through consistency of service quality and continuous innovation. Simultaneously, these three variables are proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, which indicates that the combination of effective HR management, high professionalism, and long-term commitment is the main factor in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
