Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence CV consumer satisfaction. Reksa Karya Abadi, which operates in the construction sector, is associated with service quality, price and consumer satisfaction. The population in this research is all CV customers. Eternal Mutual Work. This research used a sample of 79 respondents who had used the Company's services. The data collection technique used in this research was by distributing questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this research found that consumer satisfaction with CV. Reksa Karya Abadi is positively and significantly influenced by the consumer satisfaction factor of 0.467, the influence of the service quality factor is 0.363, and the influence of the price factor is 0.515. This research is expected to increase insight and knowledge regarding service quality and price on consumer satisfaction.
