Abstract

      The purpose of research conducted by the researcher, Yusri, 230140033, is to examine the effect of Motivation and Participation on employee performance CV. PratamaKonstruksi Perkasa PangkalanBaru. The research method used a purposive sampling method. The respondents were 43 employees of CV. PratamaKonstruksi Perkasa.

     The variables used are Motivation and Participation as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variable which are developed according to their own indicators. This research uses quantitative analysis of primary data as the result of direct research in the field. The SPSS22 program is used for processing statistical data.

   The results show that: First, there is a significant effect of motivation variable on Employee Performance of CV. PratamaKonstruksi Perkasa PangkalanBaru. From the calculation results,it is obtained that count of 4.764 while the t-table with degrees 41 free at a (0.05) of 2.01954. Thus t-hitung (4.764)>ttable (2.01954), so Ho is clearly rejected and H1 accepted or if it is seen from the sign value  0.000. Thus Ho's decision is clearly rejected and H1 is accepted. Second, there is no significant influence of the Participation variable on Employee Performance CV. PratamaKonstruksi Perkasa PangkalanBaru. From the calculation, it is obtained that the count value is 4.134 while the t-table with degrees 41 free at a (0.05) equals to 2,01954. Thus t-hitung (4.134)>ttable (2.01954), so Ho is clearly rejected and H1is accepted, or from the calculation and processing data it is obtained that the sign value is 0.000. Thus Ho's decision is clearly accepted. Third, there is a significant influence of motivation variables, and Participation collectively towards Employee Performance of CV. PratamaKonstruksi Perkasa PangkalanBaru. This is proved by the value of Fhitung of 4.343, while the Ftable value is 3.23 is thus Fcount (4.343)>Ftable (3.23).

      Based on the results of these studies, the researcher concludes that the employee's performance on CV. PratamaKonstruksi Perkasa PangkalanBaru can be improved through Motivation and Participation.
